I create a flash fla file in the newest flash mx 2004 pro, can it be opened in a flash MX (version 6)??!!....is there any ways I can do it??!!

Yes... you need to choose Save AS, and then in the lower rollout pick Flash MX format, instead of MX04.
Same as with Flash 5 and MX.
