Why does my flash movie do this?

For the life of me I can't figure this out. There's a black line at the left of the movie at the beginning.

There is a black outline under your movie clip. Try deleting that.

Not seeing it. The movie is a graphic with a white background.

I tried moving the movie itself and that didn't help. I've also tried placing a white background behind the movie. That helps (stops the line from showing up after the first run of the movie)

You didn't look very hard.......its on the same layer as your movie. If you move it way off to the side you will see it.

Oh dear, I thought that was the outline of the workspace.
