Upload images

Is there a way of creating some sort of simple flash movie that will allow someone to upload images online.

I.e if i have a swf movie that I would like to upload images to be display upon would this be possible.

I am creating a site for someone whose wish is to upload photo's herself onto a flash site.

If anyone has any hint or could create something like this for a small fee please could you post something here.
