caching of Sound.loadSound(url,true)

Are audio files streamed true the sound class cached/ downloaded to the PC ?

if so is there any way to combat this?

i want to be able to stream the audio but not store the audio files on the hard drive sort of the way that real and window media works?

I've asked the same question in this thread. I think the only way you can truely stream content is using the Flash Communication Server (http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashcom/)
