Screen Parameters Not Appearing

I am having a wierd problem. When I create a "Flash Form Application", and click on a screen, there are no available parameters. However when I load the help file tutorial, they appear. Any thoughts? Attached is the screenShot

could be just a glitch. There are pretty much alot. Even in windows user there are too. Mine, when i have alot of layers, the scrollbar in the timeline just dissappear :( so what i do is i have to click on a empty frame and either drag up or down to scroll. " sad "
