Flash Video Encoder and Upside Down Video

Anyone know of a solution to keep flash8 and flash video encoder from FLIPPING THE VIDEO CONTENT UPSIDE DOWN ?

I load a video (that plays normally in all other video programs) into flash8 or encoder and it shows UPSIDE DOWN ????

I have searched the net with ZERO results on this problem.

Has anyone else experienced this?
I need a solution fast.
