Hi.
I have trouble importing illustrations into Swift 3D.
As I'm completely new to to the program I don't know if I'm just too stupid or what else could be the trouble:
Im trying to import like this: when opening I choose option no.2: import from existing document. I tried to import an eps-file which I exported from Freehand, but when swift opens it there's nothing to see.
hm.??!!

any suggestions highly appreciated!!
(I'm workingf on Mac by the way)

cheers, fran.

Hi, fran

In the first place you must say that version of Swift3d uses?

I Council also to make a test you to import simple figures (circles, squares, ect) always sluices (very defined).

After, you write of the executed tests

Hi

You can say me that build you have of Swift3D?.
Have you at least the 051?.
It seems strange that you cannot see nothing.
According to me not save good in Freehand the shape.

You to make a test to execute vary save
distinguished in freehand and to the maximum you can control of new the structure of the shape who you have executed (must be sluice)

Hi,

I now solved the problem like this:

1) export an .ai from freehand
2) import the .ai into Flash
3) export .eps image (not eps sequence!!!) from flash
4) create new, blank document in swift, then import the .eps you exported from flash....

I know it's quite strange, but it worked.
