problems exporting to a mov

hi i've recorded a video saved as avi and put it into flash i they added some graphics and in total have 3 scenes, my video (1 min 49 sec) and 1 song i tryed to export my finished item as an mov but it came up with the error that "this installed version of quicktime does not have handler for this type of macromedia flash movie please consult the documentation for further information " i managed to solve that problem by setting it to export to quicktime 1-5 but when i do this it doesn't have the video just sound and the SFX i added version 6-7 may work but they are the versions that the messege comes up for. i exported to an avi but that file was 271MB so can anyone help me either
1. use version 6-7
2. play the embeded video in versions 1-5
3. decrease the size of the avi to less then 100MB
