Hey all. I am about to start on an interactive flash cd. I am wondering if there is any software I need other than Flash MX 2004? Also I welcome any tips on this kind of project. Thanks All!

Hi, durden
Well it's hard to say with out know what your making the cd for.
Here are some things that may be helpful. fscommand (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14280) planning_flash cd (http://www.video-animation.com/flash8_004.shtml) and auto_run (http://www.communitymx.com/content/article.cfm?cid=B31A5)
Other than that you would have to give us more info.;)

Thanks for the info.
What I am doing is creating a design portfolio for someone. I want to be able to put the final swf onto a CD and have the end user be able to play it cross platform with out having to install anything.
I did find a very cool ap in my research called Zinc by MDM. However that program is wicked expensive.

Ya, Zinc is a very cool program from what I've seen.
Did you read the auto run link where it talks about .exe for p.c.
Good luck on your C.D.
