Sweet 3D widget, How did they do it?

Hello,

At http://www.mediatemple.com/services/ the is a sweet 3D UI widget. I am new to producing 3D for Flash. Could someone please explain to me (excruciating technical detail galdly prefered) how this was made? The bit that intrigues me is that fact that text elements can be grabbed and stretched. How the heck is that done?

This is similar to a my menu of my old website ( http://www.intergrafic.com/flash/website.swf ).
Now there are files of flash (actionscript) that they simulate the 3D.
You can see the my new website, I have put some files in actionscript.

can anyone tell me what 3d plug ins there are for Flash 5 to create these 3d or special text effects?

If there are can you tell me please where i can download them etc? and is it free?
