Flash Encrypt protects action script
Press Release 1/11/05
Sintrix releases Flash Encrypt v1.0
Sintrix has released a new Macromedia Flash protection tool called Flash Encrypt. Flash Encrypt has been developed and designed to prevent Action Script theft of SWF files which are created by Macromedia Flash. Only after a month of its release, Flash Encrypt v1.0 has proven to be a force to be reckon with in the prevention of Flash theft. Other products claim to have the best protection however Flash Encrypt now stands at over 5,434.00 users and growing due to its protection technology. Flash Encrypt benefits all users from small designers to large template stores. SWF Decompilers 100% recreate your entire work back into an FLA file...
Should it really be this easy to steel your work? Proper protection of proprietary technology is needed to secure Flash as the leading platform and Flash Encrypt has answered that call.
Some Companies Use Obfuscation Only
The purpose of obfuscation is not to stop Decompilers from being able to decompile code but to render the decompiled source code unreadable for the human eye. Sintrix does not find this to be a good solution to the problem by itself. Flash Encrypt not only uses Obfuscation but also attacks the Decompiler itself. In most cases, Flash Encrypted files are not even readable by Decompilers yet they still play perfectly in a Flash Player.
Click here to see a sample of this technology in use on Eltima's Flash Decompiler. (Disable Popups).
As you will see, Flash Encrypt makes it so that the Flash Decompiler can not even open the SWF file giving you 100% protection.
With Flash Encrypt coming in two different versions, it's possible for private users to corporate template sellers to purchase and use Flash Encrypt. Our corporate version comes complete with a mass search and protect engine. This engine allows template stores and others to search entire drives or folders for SWF files to automatically create a queue.
The Protection List Grows Daily
What makes Flash Encrypt stand out as the leader of any Flash protection is the fact that Flash Encrypt has a full staff of people continuously searching, identifying, and finding ways to defeat decompile software as it is released and then getting it to you the customer via auto-updates. No matter how popular the decompile software, no matter how big or small, Flash Encrypt will defeat it and give your ActionScript protection from theft. Below are some of the Decompile Software packages that Flash Encrypt currently defeats.
Imperator FLA, Eltima Flash Decompiler, Action Script Viewer, Sothink SWF Decompiler and more.
